Your purchase includes a one-time, non-transferable license to build the selected plan once. To build it again, you must buy an additional license. Each license provides a PDF download of the construction drawings. Please review the Customer Agreement before activating your license for full usage terms. All sales are final after delivery. For more details, see "What’s Included."

PDFs are sent by email as soon as possible, usually the same day. Prints are sent by Ground and usually take 4-5 days to arrive. Orders can be canceled before shipment. After shipment, all sales are final and non-transferable. See our Returns Policy for details.
